An order confirmation does not prevent Caveroo from cancelling an order in situations such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other circumstances permitted under these Terms.
6. Payment
Caveroo provides online payment options through third-party payment service providers, which may include Razorpay.
When you make an online payment, the payment is processed through the applicable payment gateway's secure payment system.
Caveroo does not directly store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information when placing an order.
If a payment is unsuccessful, declined, reversed, or remains pending, the order may not be processed until the payment status is successfully confirmed.
7. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders.
A ₹120 delivery charge must be paid in advance for Cash on Delivery orders.
Customers who wish to place a Cash on Delivery order must contact our Customer Service team for assistance with the advance payment and order process.
Caveroo reserves the right to restrict or refuse Cash on Delivery for certain locations, products, or orders where necessary.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders within a reasonable time.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

- Product availability
- Weather conditions

9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return/refund policy will apply.
Caveroo may also cancel an order in circumstances including:
